# BrandOS > BrandOS is a restaurant operating platform: point of sale, online ordering, a branded storefront, kitchen display, inventory, customers, promotions, loyalty and delivery-platform integrations, run from one system. > **Currently free.** Every plan costs nothing while BrandOS is in beta, including the ones that will be paid later. Pricing will be set once the platform has settled. Feedback and problems: hello@brandos.food BrandOS is two things at one address: a public directory where people find somewhere to eat, and the software the businesses in that directory run on. A restaurant's profile in the directory is generated from the menu, hours and locations it manages in its own back office. ## Who it is for Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, quick-service restaurants and growing food businesses. ## What it includes - Discovery listing: The business appears in the platform’s public directory. - Branded storefront: Their own themed storefront on their subdomain. - Premium layouts: Every storefront design rather than the default one. - Point of sale: The counter till. - Kitchen display: The kitchen queue. - Delivery dispatch: Rider assignment and delivery tracking. - Dine-in & QR: Table sessions and QR ordering. - Promotions: Discount codes and campaigns. - Inventory: Stock balances and the ledger. - Advanced reports: Operational and catalogue reporting. - Digital signage: Screens in the branches, and the playlists they play. - Self-service kiosk: Customer-facing ordering terminals in the branches. - Delivery platforms: Take orders from Glovo and other third-party ordering platforms. - Loyalty & rewards: Award points on orders and let customers spend them on rewards. - Segments & campaigns: Group customers by what they have done, and send to those groups. - AI waiter: A table-side AI ordering assistant, on the same order system as QR and the till. ## Pricing - Free: free. A business profile the platform can list: menu, categories, hours and locations. No branded storefront. - Growth: free. A branded storefront and the operational modules a single location needs. - Scale: free. Unlimited branches, delivery dispatch, dine-in and every storefront design. Plans are priced per business, not per terminal. No commission is taken on orders placed through a business's own storefront. Card processing is charged by whichever payment provider a business connects, not by BrandOS. Longer billing periods (quarterly, six-monthly, yearly) cost less per month. The free plan is a plan, not a time-limited trial. - The point of sale includes a counter register and three full-screen touch layouts. - It bundles no payment provider and takes no cut of a payment. A business connects its own. - Delivery marketplaces such as Glovo can be connected as an additional sales channel. - The back-office interface is in English. Menu content is whatever the business types, in any language. - Each business's data is isolated from every other business's. - There is no offline mode for the till, deliberately.
