A kitchen display system shows the kitchen what to cook and in what order, and lets them mark it moving. Orders from the counter till, your website, a QR table, a kiosk and a delivery platform all arrive on the same screen.

What the kitchen sees, and what it does not
The queue shows what to make: items, quantities, notes and how long the ticket has been waiting. It carries no customer name, no phone number, no address, no payment and no money.
That is deliberate. A screen on a kitchen wall is visible to everybody who walks past it, and the kitchen does not need a customer’s phone number to cook.
The kitchen owns the ticket
Accept, start, ready, complete and recall are the kitchen’s own actions. No other screen can push an order forward past them — the order’s status is a projection of what the kitchen actually did.
Starting a ticket is what consumes reserved stock, so the count reflects food that is being cooked rather than food somebody has clicked on.
Live, but never dependent on being live
The board updates as orders arrive and change, without anybody refreshing. If the live connection drops, the screen keeps working and reconciles — no order is lost because a socket closed.
Each branch sees its own queue, and a cook scoped to one branch cannot see another’s.

- Yes. The kitchen display is a live queue of tickets with accept, start, ready, complete and recall actions, showing orders from every channel — counter, web, QR table, kiosk and connected delivery platforms — on one screen.
- What hardware does the kitchen screen need?
- Any device with a browser — a tablet, a monitor on a small PC, a TV with a browser. There is no dedicated hardware to buy from the platform and no native app to install.
- Does it replace the ticket printer?
- It can. Receipt printing exists separately for customer receipts, and a kitchen that prefers paper can keep printing; the screen does not require the printer to be removed.
