Your ordering data lives with the business you gave it to. The directory you are reading now has no account, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. It does count visits to its own pages, anonymously and without knowing who you are — described in section 4.

When you order from a business on the platform, that business holds what the order needs: your name, phone number, the delivery address you typed, and — for delivery — the map point you confirmed. Businesses are isolated from one another by the software; one tenant cannot read another’s customers.

The address text you write is never rewritten or geocoded — the platform stores your words as you typed them. Editing or deleting a saved address never changes an order already placed; what a kitchen was told is a historical record.

No rider is location-tracked — ever. Delivery tracking shows an order’s status, not a moving dot; the coordinates a rider sees are the destination you confirmed, not you. Sharing your device’s location at checkout is optional, used once to position the map, and refusing it blocks nothing.

There are no card numbers anywhere on the platform: payment is taken by the business, in person, and the platform records only that a payment happened, by which method.

Storefronts use session cookies to keep you signed in or to hold a table session after scanning a QR code — httpOnly, scoped to that business’s own address, and not readable by scripts.

The directory sets three cookies of its own, all first-party and none shared with anyone. One remembers the country you chose so results stay where you put them. Two are a random identifier for counting visits: they let us tell one browser from another and one visit from the next, so we can see how many people use the site and which pages they read.

That identifier is a random number and nothing else. It is not built from your address, your device or anything you have told us, it is not linked to any account, and it is not shared with the businesses listed here or with anyone outside this platform. We record which page was opened — never the search terms, filters or anything else in the address bar — the country your connection appears to be in, and the site that referred you. We do not store your address or the precise place you are.

Because the identifier lives in a cookie, clearing your cookies makes you a new visitor, and the same person on a phone and a laptop counts as two. We count browsers, not people.

Requests about the data a business holds on you go to that business, whose contact details are on its profile and storefront. Requests about the platform itself reach the platform team through the same channels.
