Online ordering

Take orders on your own site, not somebody else's marketplace.

Ordering runs on your own address, with your name on it. The order arrives in the same queue as a counter sale, prices through the same engine, and the customer stays yours. BrandOS has a free plan, and the first paid plan is $9 a month.

What ordering brings with it

  • Branded storefront

Their own themed storefront on their subdomain.

  • Dine-in & QR

    Table sessions and QR ordering.

  • Delivery dispatch

    Rider assignment and delivery tracking.

  • Promotions

    Discount codes and campaigns.

  • Loyalty & rewards

Award points on orders and let customers spend them on rewards.

  • Delivery platforms

Take orders from Glovo and other third-party ordering platforms.

One queue, whichever door the order came through

A web order, a counter sale, a QR table order, a kiosk order and an order handed over by a delivery platform are all the same kind of record. They reach the same kitchen screen, reserve the same stock and appear in the same reports.

There is no separate "online orders" inbox to watch, because there is no separate kind of order.

Delivery, collection, dine-in and QR

Which of these a branch offers is the branch’s setting, and the server enforces it — a closed kitchen refuses the order rather than hiding the button.

A delivery address is confirmed on a map by the customer and checked against the branch’s radius when the cart is priced and again when the order is placed, so an out-of-range order is refused before anybody cooks it.

The customer stays yours

Customers have accounts on your storefront: order history, saved addresses, live tracking and their loyalty balance. Guests can still order without one.

No commission is taken on an order placed through your own storefront. What a business pays is the plan, and nothing per order.

Marketplaces are a door, not a replacement

A business that also sells through Glovo can connect it, and those orders arrive as ordinary orders in the same kitchen queue. The marketplace priced its own menu and took the money, so the order records what was actually paid.

That is a channel alongside your own ordering, not instead of it.

Common questions

Does BrandOS provide online ordering?
Yes. Every business on a plan that includes a branded storefront gets an ordering site on its own address, with cart, checkout, payment recording and live order tracking. Orders arrive in the same queue as counter sales.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. Orders placed through your own storefront carry no per-order fee. A business pays for its plan and nothing on top of it.
Can customers track their order?
Yes. A customer sees the state of their order as it moves, updated live, and is told plainly when the branch has not yet accepted it. No delivery-rider location is collected or shown.
Can people order at a table with a QR code?
Yes. Scanning a table’s QR code opens a session on that table, shows that branch’s menu and sends the order to the counter as a request. Staff confirm it, and it becomes an ordinary order at that point.
