BrandOS is two connected things: a public directory where people find food businesses, and the software those businesses run on — their storefront, point of sale, kitchen, delivery coordination, inventory and reporting.

Each business on the platform is a separate tenant with its own storefront address and its own console. When you order, you order from that business; BrandOS provides the software the order travels through.

Orders are placed with, prepared by and fulfilled by the business you order from. Prices, menus, opening hours and delivery areas are set by each business and enforced by the platform at the moment of ordering — a closed kitchen takes no orders, and a delivery address outside a branch’s radius is refused before any money changes hands.

The platform does not promise delivery times. A business may show its own targets; nothing on BrandOS is a guarantee of when food arrives.

There is no online payment on the platform today. Payments are made directly to the business — cash, card or wallet at the till, on delivery or at the table — and the platform records that a payment happened. BrandOS does not hold your money and never sees a card number.

Your listing, menu, photography and prices are yours, and you are responsible for their accuracy and for your compliance with food-safety and consumer law where you trade. The platform’s shared vocabulary — cuisines, business types — is curated by the platform; words specific to your business stay yours and are never offered to anybody else.

“Featured” placement in the directory is the platform’s editorial decision. It is not sold, and a plan does not buy it.

Subscriptions are arranged with the platform team and end when either side ends them — never silently on a timer. What a plan includes is enforced by the software; reaching a plan’s limit refuses the next creation and deletes nothing.

Do not misrepresent a business you do not control, probe other tenants’ data, or use the platform to send unlawful or deceptive content. Tenant isolation is enforced by the software; attempting to defeat it ends the relationship.

These terms will change as the product does. Material changes are dated at the top of this page; continuing to use the platform after a change means accepting it.
