Fair questions
- How do I pay?
- With a person, for now. There is no online checkout — a subscription is arranged with the platform team and recorded against your account. Card billing is on the roadmap; nobody is charged automatically today.
- What happens when a trial ends?
- Nothing, silently. Subscriptions do not expire on a timer here — a person confirms with you before anything about your account changes.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time, in both directions. What your plan opens updates immediately; your data stays yours throughout.
- What happens if I reach a limit?
- The console tells you exactly which limit, what it allows and what you have — and you choose: remove one, or move up a plan. Nothing is deleted for you.
Questions about pricing
- How much does BrandOS cost?
- Every BrandOS plan is free while the platform is in beta. Plans are priced per business rather than per terminal, and there is no commission on orders taken through your own storefront.
- Does BrandOS have a free plan?
- Yes. Free costs nothing and is a plan rather than a trial: A business profile the platform can list: menu, categories, hours and locations. No branded storefront.
- Is the price per terminal or per business?
- Per business. The number of tills, kitchen screens or kiosks a branch runs is not a price — what changes between plans is how many branches, staff and products, and which modules are open.
- Do longer billing periods cost less?
- Every paid plan can be billed monthly, quarterly, every six months or yearly.
- What happens if I change plan?
- Nothing is deleted. A plan that no longer includes a capability closes that door and leaves the data exactly as it was, and you are told what a change will cost you before it happens.
